Yes, PanXPower provides all temporary email services completely free of charge. You can generate random mailboxes or register custom ones at no cost.

Emails in random mailboxes are deleted together with the mailbox when it expires (currently about 2 hours). Custom mailboxes stay active when renewed every 15 days. If a custom mailbox is not renewed in time, it is first deactivated for 3 days; after the account is deactivated, it is kept for another 3 days before permanent deletion.

No. To prevent abuse for spam or fraud, our temporary email service only supports "receiving" emails, not sending.

Using a temporary mailbox protects your primary personal email from spam. It is the best tool for privacy when registering on untrusted sites, downloading resources, or participating in forums.

Yes. You just need to log in within every 15 days and click "Keep Alive" to keep the mailbox active. This ensures system resources are dedicated to active users. Your custom mailbox can also send an automatic email notification to your account address when new mail arrives. The notification includes only an alert and subject, not the full message body, and you can turn it off in "My Custom Mailbox".

Because we do not support attachments or large emails, messages with large attachments, delayed sender delivery, or spam classification may arrive late. Please confirm the address is correct and wait 1-2 minutes for the page to auto-refresh. Some very strict sites may block temporary domains.

Currently, this service provides only a web interface for personal use. We do not provide a public API, email forwarding, automated testing support, or high-volume receiving support.

Yes. Each mailbox can store up to 10 emails. When a new email arrives and the mailbox is already full, the system automatically deletes the oldest emails first to keep the mailbox usable.

To prevent automated abuse, the same IP address or device may be temporarily suspended from creating random mailboxes after too many creations in a short period. Please make sure you have agreed to the Terms of Service, avoid repeatedly submitting the form too quickly, and try again later.
