Acceptance of Terms

Welcome to "PanXPower Free Temp Mailbox" (hereinafter referred to as "the Site"). By accessing, browsing, or using this service, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and fully agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and any subsequent amendments. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please stop using the service immediately. We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time, and changes will take effect immediately upon posting.

Service Nature & Limitations

The Site provides a free temporary email receiving service. This service is designed for "Anonymous Use" and only supports receiving email content (Plain Text/HTML formats). Users should understand that this service is disposable and does not support attachment downloads (e.g., images, documents, compressed files), does not support large emails, and does not provide any form of email sending, forwarding, or automated API integration.

No Warranty Disclaimer

This service is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis. LOCALSOFT Digital Studio makes no warranties of any kind (express or implied) regarding the completeness, timeliness, security, reliability, or availability of the service. Email delivery is subject to network environments and sender limitations. The Site is not responsible for any email loss or delay caused by third-party technical issues.

Privacy & Security Notice

While we implement AES-256 encrypted storage technology, users must recognize that content sent to a temporary mailbox may be visible to anyone holding that address for a certain period. Therefore, it is strictly prohibited to use this service to receive sensitive info, personal financial data, security-related verification codes, or confidential business communications. Users bear full responsibility for any security incidents resulting from improper use.

Resource Allocation & Data Purge

To ensure effective resource allocation, random mailboxes are automatically destroyed 3 hours after generation. Custom mailbox accounts must be logged into at least once a week and the "Keep Using" button clicked to maintain activity. When a mailbox is deactivated due to non-renewal, the account will also be deactivated. If the account is not reactivated within 5 days, the system will permanently delete the account and all associated emails with no recovery service provided.

Legal Obligations & Prohibited Activities

Users must comply with relevant laws and regulations when using this service. It is strictly prohibited to use this service for any illegal activities, including but not limited to: sending or inducing spam, spreading malware, interfering with system operations, evading legal investigations, infringing on others' privacy or copyrights, or attempting DDoS or penetration attacks on the Site's servers. Violators will be permanently banned.

No Support for Abuse & Anti-Abuse Mechanisms

This service is strictly prohibited for automated testing, bot registrations, or any form of mass automated receiving. To prevent resource abuse, we implement strict rate limiting and traffic monitoring. If the system detects abnormal traffic or automated processes, we reserve the right to interrupt the connection or blacklist the relevant IPs without notice.

Indemnification & Liability Limitation

To the maximum extent permitted by law, LOCALSOFT Digital Studio and its members are not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential losses arising from the use or inability to use the service (including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, or loss from identity theft). Users agree to assume all potential risks of using this service.

Service Modification & Termination

We reserve the right to modify these terms, change service content, or permanently terminate the service at any time. Major changes will be posted on the homepage or this page without individual notice. Continued use of the service after modifications constitutes acceptance of the revised terms. We are not liable for any inconvenience or loss caused by service interruptions.

Content Review & Rights

The Site does not actively review your incoming email content. However, if required by legal requests from judicial authorities or if there is concrete evidence of content involving major criminal activities, we will cooperate in accordance with the law. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate service for specific addresses, IPs, or users based on system maintenance, security, or policy needs.

Third-party Links & Advertisements

The Site contains links or frames to third-party websites (e.g., Google Adsense, Cloudflare). These sites are governed by their own privacy policies and terms of service. We bear no legal responsibility for the content, reliability, or security of third-party websites.

Jurisdiction & Dispute Resolution

The interpretation and application of these terms, as well as any disputes related to this service, shall be governed by the laws of Taiwan. For any legal disputes arising from these terms, users agree that the Changhua District Court in Taiwan shall be the court of first instance. If any part of these terms is deemed invalid by law, it shall not affect the validity of the remaining terms.
